Care Trust to Host FREE New Year Stressbuster Session
Many people struggle with stress, particularly in the New Year, which may be due to challenges at work, difficulties in home life or money worries. To help people combat this Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust’s MyWellbeing College team will be delivering a free Stressbuster session on 15 January 2018 at Victoria Hall, Saltaire.
The session which is taking place on ‘Blue Monday’ will cover stress, recognising the signs and physical symptoms, techniques to manage stress, including relaxation exercises and tips and techniques to do at home.
Naomi Holdsworth, Team Manager at MyWellbeing College said: “Stress can affect any of us at any point in our lives, recognising the signs and attending a session can help people experiencing stress manage it more effectively. People that have attended sessions have credited the course with getting them back on track and have enrolled on further courses to boost their wellbeing.”
This event will take place in the Evans Room at Victoria Hall, Victoria Road, Saltaire, Shipley, BD18 3JS.
