Abishek is not the only one to be celebrating his 15 years in Bollywood. His co-star, Kareena Kapoor is also celebrating her 15 years, since they made their debut in the war drama Refugee.

Her debut film “Refugee”, directed by J.P. Dutta, was also the launchpad for Abishek Bachan. Since kickstarting their career in 2000, the duo later featured in blockbuster movie- Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.

The big-time Bollywood actress has featured in a number of films including Jab We Met, Om Shanti Om and Talaash.

Abishek took to twitter to thank the cast and crew and especially Kareena Kapoor for their longstanding support.

“Refugee my 1st film released on this day in 2000. 30/6/2000 #15YearsOfAB. Thank you JP sahab, @bindasbhidu @AnupamPkher Suneil anna and the rest of the cast and crew. I would not be here if it wasn’t for all of you.
