A woman from Florida has appeared on This Morning to explain her love and relationship with the popular puzzle game Tetris.

Twenty year old Noorul Mahjabeen Hassan, who prefers to be known as Fractal Tetris Huracan, (the name of the puzzle game she’s been in a relationship with for over a year) says she wants to marry Tetris. Fractal started her relationship with Tetris back in September 2016, and now spends up to twelve hours a day playing it on websites, her phone, and her Gameboy.

Fractal describes her relationship as an intimate one saying she sleeps with Tetris and enjoys a physical relationship with Tetris themed objects, including Tetris hard drives and cushions.

On the show, Fractal told presenters Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield that she is ‘in love with the game’. Whilst keeping a straight face, Holly asked Fractal if she was jealous of others playing the game.

Fractal said: “I am in love with the game as a whole, but I don’t care about the people who play him (Tetris), as long as no one is trying to date him romantically or is in a more intimate relationship with him I’m fine.”

Fractal plans to get married to Tetris once she graduates, with a commitment ceremony with friends in attendance.

Fractal identifies as an objectum sexual, meaning she’s attracted to physical objects rather than human beings. She’s not alone in this identity – others have formed relationships with train stations and chandeliers. Before falling in love with Tetris Fractal was in a relationship with a calculator called Pierre, and says that growing up she never had crushes on humans, only on robots or objects.
