In a world surrounded by technology, social media and gadgets the International Association for Human Values, along with the Art of Living Foundation, have come up with a brilliant initiative to bring people together for a global peace programme.

The WORLD PEACE MEDITATION (WPM) is a new powerful and exciting initiative employing mobile app technology. The key event is a worldwide peace meditation on 21 September 2014 – the UN International Day of Peace.  The event is very accessible and just so easy for everyone to join and be a part of.

Sue Hindle, Director of the IAHV and one of the leaders of the Peace project said, “This event has the potential to bring together people and leaders of all communities, religions and belief systems, governments and local influencers, charities, organisations, and businesses, in support of one cause: WORLD PEACE!”

The mobile app is a unique Centenary mediation that will be led by HH Sri Ravi Shankar, an ambassador of World Peace, on the 21 September. It will include a daily experience of actions and inspirational quotes for greater peace of mind, and reduced stress and aggravation.

The Mobile app for Apple & Android devices – for WORLD PEACE MEDITATION (WPM) on UN International Peace Day 21 September is ready, informs Hindle.
