Sources from the set revealed that due to intense bleeding from his nose, Khan was swiftly taken to the nearest hospital for immediate medical attention.
Medical professionals confirmed that the injury was minor, but a procedure was required to halt the bleeding.
After successfully undergoing the surgery, King Khan has returned to India and has resumed his work with enthusiasm.
