The intimate event followed the couple’s destination wedding in September, held on the Italian island of Sardinia—a place that holds sentimental significance as the first holiday destination they visited together.
Wilson’s Instagram post included a touching family photo with the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge in the background. The ceremony was particularly special as it allowed Wilson’s 94-year-old grandmother, Gar, to be part of their big day. “It just felt right to do it in my hometown at this glorious time of the year!” Wilson wrote.
Agruma, founder of the clothing brand Lemon Ve Limon, also shared the news on social media, writing: “Married officially in Australia to my Australian princess Rebel Wilson.”
