Colleen Hoover discreetly withdraws from Instagram amid the drama involving Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni

In the midst of the growing legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, the stars of the movie adaptation of her book It Ends With Us, best-selling author Colleen Hoover has discreetly removed herself from Instagram. Baldoni filed a countersuit against the Gossip Girl star and the New York Times after Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint against her co-star in December.

In her lawsuit, Lively, who played Lily Bloom in the film adaptation of Hoover’s 2016 book, claimed that Baldoni entered her van while she was nursing her baby, added intimate scenes to the script without her permission, and started a smear campaign against her that resulted in a flurry of legal disputes.

Hoover, on the other hand, has stayed silent as the situation worsens despite previously expressing her support for Lively on Instagram, like many other Hollywood celebrities.

Hoover expressed her support for Lively the day after she filed her complaint, which was followed by an article in the New York Times titled “We Can Bury Anyone’: Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine.” The author wrote, “@blakelively, you have been nothing but honest, kind, supportive, and patient since the day we met,” and included a picture of herself sharing an embrace with Lively. “I appreciate you being who you are as a person. Never alter. Never give up.

But the internet just discovered that her Instagram account isn’t active right now. In Colleen Hoover’s 2016 book It Ends With Us, Lily Bloom’s relationship with Ryle Kincaid, her boyfriend, tragically devolves into violence. August 2024 saw the release of the Justin Baldoni-directed movie adaptation of this book.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are requesting that the court prevent Justin Baldoni’s attorney from speaking publicly about the case, according to TMZ.

They think the attorney is damaging their reputation and making untrue claims. To demonstrate Baldoni’s innocence, his attorney made video from the film set public. According to Lively’s team, the video is deceptive and unsettling. Since the actor has already been maligned by the media and wants to present proof to establish his innocence, Baldoni’s team feels that a gag order is unjust.
