Reacting to the post, director Remo D’Souza dropped an excited “Yayy.” A passion project for Remo and his wife, Lizelle D’Souza, Be Happy is a moving tale about a devoted single father and his daughter, with music and dance at its core. Speaking to Variety, the director shared, “It’s a relationship that’s universal and transcends cultures, and we wanted to bring that emotion to life in a way that feels both authentic and uplifting.”
