Zayn Malik, Bradford born, and supermodel Gigi Hadid has welcomed their first child into the world. Hadid announced her pregnancy through lockdown, showing fans her baby bump via an Instagram live, and expressing how she was coping with her pregnancy during the pandemic.
The new parents shared their exciting news via social media this morning, with Malik posting to Instagram with a heart-warming black and white photo.
Malik’s mother Trisha and sisters Doniya and Saffiya who are based in Bradford, shared his post on their Instagram stories with a simple heart emoji.
Saffiya Malik also recently welcomed a baby girl earlier this year with husband Martin Tiser, naming their baby Zaneyah.
Zayn’s third sister Waliyah Azad, reposted the image by offering her congratulations and love to the couple.
Azad captioned, “Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful princess. I cannot explain how happy I am she’s here and how much I can’t wait to see her.”
The Instagram post shows Malik holding his new-born’s hand captioning: “Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful. To try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task.”
