Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Ikkis is a war drama based on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, a young soldier who was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India’s highest military honour, for his exemplary bravery during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.

Agastya will star alongside legendary actor Dharmendra and Jaideep Ahlawat in the film, which is produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films. Set to release on 10 January 2025, Ikkis promises to be a stirring cinematic tribute to one of India’s most celebrated war heroes.

Agastya Nanda is already gaining attention for his role in The Archies, Zoya Akhtar’s adaptation of the beloved Archie Comics.
