Actor Ahaan Panday has shared a heartfelt note of gratitude following the love and appreciation he’s received for his role in the film Saiyaara. Taking to Instagram, Ahaan posted a series of images of himself as his character, Krish, alongside co-star Aneet Padda.
In the emotional caption, Ahaan began by addressing his late grandmother, expressing how much he wished she could see him in his role as Krish.
“Kabhi yeh nahi socha tha mujhe itna pyaar milega,” he wrote, reflecting on the unexpected outpouring of support. He recalled how his dadi always called him “raj” and said he had always told God that even if the world didn’t love him, he knew one star among the stars would his dadi, watching over him and smiling. “Ye sirf aapke liye hai, Dadi.”
Acknowledging the uncertainty of the future, Ahaan continued, “I don’t know what lies ahead for me, but I know that in this moment I feel the love in my bones. I feel it for every single one of you, and I’ll feel it forever.”
He then made a heartfelt promise to his audience: “I promise to work twice as hard, be twice as good, and to do this for you all but also for the child in me.”
Reflecting on his personal journey, he wrote about the struggles he faced growing up: “The child who had two left feet, who got jitters before going on stage, who was always told he couldn’t do it, we all have that child in us.” He ended his note by encouraging others to nurture their inner child and expressed deep gratitude for the support: “Thank you for this miracle. I wish I could hug every single one of you. Tere bina to kuch naa rahenge.”
