It seems congratulations are in order. It has been reported that actor Aidan Turner secretly married his long-term girlfriend Caitlin Fitzgerald over the weekend.
The actor, who is best known for his role in Poldark, wed the American actress after their three year relationship. The ceremony was conducted very privately. The pair are well-known for keeping their private lives off-limits.
The couple appear to have wed in Italy after Turner concluded the shoot on his upcoming Amazon series, ‘Leonardo’. The two have been together since they met whilst shooting on the film ‘The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then The Bigfoot’.
Fitzgerald is best known for her role in the TV show, Masters of Sex, in which she starred alongside Michael Sheen.
