Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has announced the completion of his upcoming directorial “Dobaaraa”. The film stars Taapsee Pannu with her “Thappad” co-star Pavail Gulati.
Kashyap took to Instagram to upload a series of pictures. He captioned them as: “And it’s a wrap… #DoBaaraa pics by… ”

The filmmaker tagged his cast and crew on the post. The film is billed as a thriller, and Pannu, who was not there on the last day, had a witty retort to Kashyap’s post.
She wrote: “Mereko photoshop karke hi daal dete (you could have photoshopped me into the image).”
Helmed by the ace filmmaker, ‘Dobaaraa’ marks the director-actor duo’s third collaboration after 2018’s hit ‘Manmarziyaan’ and biographical drama ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, which had Kashyap on board as a producer. The movie will be produced by Cult Movies.
Kashyap was last seen in ‘AK vs AK’, which was directed by Vikramaditya Motwane. The film also starred Anil Kapoor. His last release as a director was the Netflix film ‘Choked’, starring Saiyami Kher and Roshan Mathew.
Meanwhile, Pannu has many films due out over the coming year including ‘Shabaash Mithu’, ‘Haseen Dillruba’, ‘Rashmi Rocket’, and ‘Looop Lapeta’.
