Police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery in Bradford.

At about 1pm on Friday, 24 October, an 18-year-old man was walking along Old Canal Road, when he was approached by two men.

The men made demands for the man’s property and removed a wallet from his pocket before running off towards Hamm Strasse.

The victim was unhurt, but shaken by the incident.

One of the suspects is described as Asian, believed to be between 18 and 25 years old, about 5ft 8ins tall and of athletic build.

He was wearing a black hooded top and white trainers. He also had black bushy eyebrows and a goatee beard.

The second suspect was also Asian, believed to be 19 or 20, about 5ft 11ins tall and of skinny build.

He was wearing a dark grey or faded green hooded top and carrying a Primark carrier bag.

Detective Inspector Alan Flynn, of Bradford District CID, said:

“We are keen to trace any witnesses to this incident, in particular a woman who was seen getting into a car in Old Canal Road at around this time.

“It is possible she may have seen these men and be able to assist with our enquiries.”
