The TV presenter has been confirmed as the 11th celebrity to join the BBC One dancing competition and can’t wait for rehearsals to start.
Announcing the news during the One Show on Monday, the 37-year-old Bradford born star said: ‘So many elements of ‘Strictly’ terrify me but I shall try and think #BeyonceAlwaysOnBeat as I hit the dance floor.
‘I’m so excited to indulge that fantasy and hopefully learn some mean moves in the process. Let’s get our groove on!’

Anita has presented a host of shows for broadcasters including BBC, Sky, Channel 4 and Channel 5.
Anita made the announcement just hours after the 10th Strictly Come Dancing recruit for the upcoming series was revealed as former The Wanted singer Jay McGuiness.
Also joining them for the 13th series of Strictly Come Dancing are:Jeremy Vine, Ainsley Harriott, Kellie Bright, Georgia May Foote, Katie Derham, Carol Kirkwood, Peter Andre, Daniel O’Donnell and Anthony Ogogo.
The show will begin on BBC 1 in September.
