Upcoming Bollywood film, ‘War 2’ has been garnering a significant amount of attraction from eager fans across the world.
‘War 2’ is set to premier in August 2025, and is a Hindi, action-thriller film directed by Ayan Mukerji and written by Aditya Chopra, and Shridhar Raghavan.
The film is a sequel to the pulse-racing thriller ‘War’ and presages the return of Bollywood icon, Hrithik Roshan as Major Kabir Dhaliwal who is set to embark on an undercover operation to defend his nation.

Indian actress, Kiara Advani, who starred in the movie ‘Kabir Singh’, is set to share the screen with Hrithik for the first time in this upcoming film, engaging in a romantic music video set in the picturesque regions of Italy.
The romantic track and its addition to the War sequel is set to add another element to the movie franchise, moving the narrative from solely an action-based thriller to a romantic-action movie.
National award-winning Indian composer, Pritam Chakraborty, commonly known by the mononym, Pritam, is composing the romantic soundtrack for this film. The composer is one of the most highly regarded composers in the Bollywood film industry, having completed soundtracks on hit films like ‘Dunki’, ‘Kalank’, and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.

His composition will be played whilst romantic scenes are being filmed by the stars in various secret locations across Italy.
The production team have taken drastic measures to ensure filming across Italy remains a top-secret priority. Local Italian security have been asked to scope out the locations prior to the crew’s arrival in the country.
It is reported that filming in Italy will begin on 18 September and last for almost 15 days, with both stars also filming action and drama sequences as well as romantic.
