Celebrating the season of love, the makers of ‘Chand Mera Dil’ have unveiled the much-anticipated title track, following an enthusiastic response to its teaser. The song has already generated considerable excitement among audiences, further heightening anticipation for its full release. Starring Ananya Panday and Lakshya, the film’s title track is poised to captivate listeners and make a strong mark on the music charts.
Composed by the acclaimed duo Sachin-Jigar, with vocals by Faheem Abdullah and lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya, the track delicately captures tender moments of love. Rich in emotion and wrapped in romance, it offers a sonic experience that transports audiences to the golden era of Bollywood music and storytelling. Speaking about the composition, Sachin-Jigar shared that their aim was to create a melody that feels both timeless and fresh. They emphasised a minimal yet deeply impactful arrangement, allowing emotion to guide the music so that each note lingers with the listener. They also highlighted their continued collaboration with Amitabh Bhattacharya and praised Faheem Abdullah’s soulful vocals for elevating the track.
Faheem Abdullah described the song as carrying a “delicate innocence” that drew him to it instantly. He noted that the track goes beyond conventional expressions of love, focusing instead on the quiet, defining moments that shape it. His approach, he explained, was to reflect that intimacy through warmth, honesty and deeply personal emotion.
Director Vivek Soni also expressed his personal connection to the title track, describing it as a piece that captures feelings in their simplest and most honest form.
