The trailer for the much-awaited film ‘Chehre’ starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi has dropped. The two-minute long video highlights the suspense and intesnity of the thriller, and features a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it appearance from Rhea Chakraborty.

The trailer begins in the middle of a snowstorm. Hashmi’s character struggles through the blizzard to take cover and Bachchan’s chalet. The pair exchange pleasantries before Bachchan and his friends introduce Hashmi to a game that is vaguely recognisable as the board game Cluedo. Bachchan explains to Hashmi that the game is based only on judgement, than justice.

Bachchan’s intended menace becomes clear at this point, and Hashmi releases that he has inadvertently forced himself into a trap. The character must work to figure his way out of the game that Bachchan has devised for him.

Chakraborty’s appearance in the video is towards the end of the trailer. This will mark the actress’ first film following the controversy that surrounded her regarding the death of her boyfriend, Sushant Singh Rajput. It has not currently been revealed what Chakraborty’s role will be in the film.

‘Chehre’ has been directed by Rumi Jaffery and will also star Krystal D’Souza, Siddhanth Kapoor and Kriti Kharbanda.
