Angus Cloud, prominently known for his role from HBO’s ‘Euphoria’ was announced dead on 31 July.
The news was confirmed by his mother who revealed that Angus overdosed and was pronounced dead on the scene.
According to sources, the late actor suffered from ‘suicidal thoughts’ after returning from a family trip to Ireland, where the family laid his father to rest.
Angus’s role in Hollywood was a short but meaningful one.
He did a number of projects including : ‘North Hollywood’, ‘The Line’ and ‘The Line’.
Cast and crew members of his last project ‘Euphoria’ have paid their respects to the late actor.
“There was no one quite like Angus. He was too special, too talented and way too young to leave us so soon”, said Sam Levison, director of ‘Euphoria’
Colman Domingo, who portrays Ali Muhammad on ‘Euphoria’, shared a photo of the cast posing together, highlighting Cloud’s smile: “That was his smile. That was him. May he rest sweetly in peace.”
