A new calendar for October has launched online to help motivate people with their mental health and wellbeing.

Indian Muslim Women’s Society (IMWS) have shared the post via twitter saying “A new month of optimism and passion for helping others. Shout out to all the volunteers doing a wonderful job. #1stOctober #batley.”

As the theme is ‘Optimistic October’ everyone is encouraged to work on a positive mindset and people on social media can use the hashtag ‘#OptimisticOctober’ to spread the word.
