Prince Charles has lit a candle and delivered a speech wishing everyone a happy and special Diwali.
As Founder of the British Asian Trust, Prince Charles took delight in delivering the message for Diwali as the festival of lights coincides with his birthday 14 November.
The Prince of Wales expressed his heartfelt sadness that the festival can’t be shared with family and friends due to the coronavirus pandemic.
He hoped that the message will of Diwali will bring us hope in these trying times.
