The heatwave has killed more than 1,100 people in India in less than one week, with temperatures nearing 50C (122F) in some areas.

The worst hit area is Andhra Pradesh where authorities say 852 people have died in the heat wave.
A further 266 people have died in the neighboring state of Telangana.
Other affected areas include West Bengal and Orissa where least 24 people have died from the heat.
Many of the victims are construction workers, elderly or homeless people.
Temperatures are likely to drop in some parts over the coming days and cool down further when the summer monsoon begins at the end of the month.
Hospitals are treating heatstroke patients and authorities have advised people to stay indoors.
