Youth ambassadors at Heckmondwike Grammar have raised over £900 for charity.
The fundraising project was organised by Malika Wajid, Isabella Myers and Sonia Boodhoo who had a festive Christmas Jumper Day.
Malika, Isabella and Sonia are all youth ambassador for the Moonlight Trust and the money raised by the students, staff and parents will help the trust in their Bag of Blessings project.

The initiative which supports the homeless and vulnerable during the winter period by providing bags with essentials including sleeping bags, hats, gloves, scarfs, vests, underwear, sanitary products, hand sanitisers, face masks and food.
The donations will stretch even further as every pound raised will be match funded by the One Community ‘Match It’ project. Many Bags of Blessing have been packed already with the amazing support of Moonlight Trust volunteers and Malika, Isabella and Sonia joined with the Moonlight team on Sunday 20th December to pack and prepare more this Sunday ready for distribution over the Christmas period.
