Vikram Prabhu has announced his latest project Taanakkaran with a first look poster of the film.
The actor took to his Twitter to share the image and captioned his post, “Happy to be part of this story telling. Truly a tough script to shoot, physically and mentally demanding but we had a team that worked together to achieve something special. Wishes to my entire team & as always, need your love and support.”

Not a lot has been revealed about the specifics of the project thus far by the team, but its clear from Prabhu’s tweet that filming has wrapped on the film, so we should hopefully see its release at some point this year.
The film is set to be a police thriller and is being produced by Potential Studios. Anjali Nair will play the female lead in the production and the music is being composed by legendary musician Ghibhran.
