Amruta Kanvilkar and Pushkar Jog’s highly anticipated romance drama ‘Well Done Baby’ has released its first trailer. Directed by Priyanka Tanwar, the film is set to tell the story of a modern-day couple who have to come to terms with pregnancy and surviving marriage in the 21st Century. It is supposedly based on a real life couple.
In the trailer, we see the couple Aditya and Meera (played by Jog and Khanvilkar respectively) who are struggling to deal with their marriage. Aditya feels that he has to babysit Meera, whilst she feels he is constantly nagging and insisting her. The pair are on the borderline of divorce when suddenly something stops them: a positive pregnancy test.
The trailer shows how the couple must prepare for a new life to enter into theirs, whilst also trying to reconcile the differences of their marriage. With some genuine, amusing moments, this looks set to be a family-friendly, heart-felt look at family life in the modern world.
‘Well Done Baby’ is set to premiere on Amazon Prime in India on APril 9. The film has been produced by Anand Pandit, Mohaan Nadaar and Pushkar Jog.
