Veteran Bollywood actor and producer Aditya Pancholi has returned to X after stepping away from the platform for several years. Marking his comeback, the 60-year-old star said he was excited to reconnect with his audience, critics and supporters while reflecting on a career that spans more than four decades.
Sharing his first post, Pancholi wrote: “After 40 Years in Bollywood… I’m Here. 112 characters. 112 roles. Countless memories. I am Aditya Pancholi, stepping into the world of X to connect with You my audience, my critics, my supporters, and my companions through this 4-decade journey. From 1985 till now, you’ve seen me in reel life. Now, let’s engage for real. Stories. & Conversations. I Flashbacks. And yes something new.”
To mark the occasion, he also treated fans to a nostalgic video from his early years in the industry.
This is not the first time the Pancholi family has made headlines on the platform. Back in 2017, Aditya’s son Sooraj Pancholi deactivated his account following allegations made by actress Kangana Ranaut against his father. He later returned the following year, telling fans: “Hello everyone. So here’s the first tweet from my official handle! Feels good to be back on Twitter! Missed you guys.”
Aditya Pancholi began his acting journey in the mid-1980s and has since appeared in over 100 films across genres. His first major break came with a supporting role in Feroz Khan’s Dayavan (1988), sharing the screen with Vinod Khanna and Madhuri Dixit. That same year he also starred in Dharamyudh alongside Sunil Dutt, Suresh Oberoi and Shatrughan Sinha, before landing his first leading role opposite Amala in K.C. Bokadia’s Kab Tak Chup Rahungi.
Over the years, Pancholi has built an impressive body of work with memorable performances in films such as Baaghi, Yes Boss, Musafir, Race 2 and Bajirao Mastani, where he played a notable supporting role in the acclaimed historical drama.
In addition to acting, he has also ventured into film production, cementing his place as a multi-faceted name in the industry.
