Parineeti Chopra’s next film is set to be a action thriller that is full to the brim with patriotism. Parineeti plays an Indian agent, sent to a foreign land to hunt down a terrorist.
The trailer, which released on 28 September and has garnered over 11 million views gives us a short glimpse into what’s on offer. Durga, played by Parineeti, while on her mission seems to fall for someone in the enemy camp. What the movie seems to promise is an action packed struggle of the Hasee toh Phasee actor, as she battles between the choice of love and duty. The first person shooter like camera shots at the end of the trailer stand out and gives a game like feel to the viewer.
‘Code Name Tiranga’ is a story of a spy on an unfaltering and fearless mission for her nation in a race against time where sacrifice is her only choice. Presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series Films and Reliance Entertainment and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Reliance Entertainment, Film Hangar and Vivek B. Agrawal.
The film is set to release in UK cinemas next Friday, 14 October 2022.
