The trailer for Vidya Balan’s latest movie has landed and it’s building lots of curiosity.
The Dirty Picture actress took to her socials to announce the release of her upcoming movie ‘Neeyat’
Produced and director by Anu Menon, this movie seems to be the big suspense-thriller we’ve all been waiting for.
The trailer revolves around detective Mira Rao (Vidya Balan) who is on the case to find the murderer of billionaire Ashish Kapoor, who is assassinated during his birthday party.
The movie does deserve credit for creating curiosity among viewers. People are also looking forward to prominent stars sharing a screen.
The cast includes exemplary talents like Ram Kapoor, Rahul Bose and plenty of fresh faces as well.
People have been rather positive about the trailer, saying that it looks promising.

While many have praised the trailer, it’s of course not unusual that not all will share the same views.
Some observers have raised the point, that the storyline has been copied off a popular Hollywood film ‘Knives Out’, and did not hold back from calling them out.

‘’If you’re going to copy, at least give credit’’, another commenter mentioned.
Vidya Balan is famous for her versatile portrayal of characters and having major block busters in Bollywood.
There is no reason to believe that this would be an exception.
