The Jonas Brothers have officially been a band for 20 years, which means if you were a teenage fan in the mid-2000s, you’re now old enough to have back pain and a mortgage.

To mark this milestone, Nick, Joe, and Kevin posted a heartfelt letter on Instagram, reminiscing about their early days when their biggest audience was mall shoppers who just wanted a Cinnabon.

“It feels like just yesterday we were packing our family mini-van with a couple of guitars and copies of It’s About Time CDs, heading to a local mall to perform for anyone who would listen,” they wrote. (Spoiler alert: A lot of people listened, and they went from food court gigs to stadium tours.)

From teenagers to icons (And Nick finally being old enough for PG-13 films)

Reflecting on their journey, the brothers got all emotional, saying, “We’ve celebrated victories, made mistakes, overcome obstacles, and grieved losses. Simply put, we’ve all grown up together.”

They also reminded everyone that when they started out, Nick was so young he wasn’t even allowed to watch half the movies Joe and Kevin could. Now, he’s married to Priyanka Chopra and making Broadway comebacks, so things worked out pretty well.

2025: The year of even more Jonas content (Because clearly, they don’t sleep)

If you thought 20 years in the business meant the Jonas Brothers would be slowing down, think again. The band revealed that 2025 will be “a year of music” featuring:
New Jonas Brothers music
Solo projects
A live concert album
A movie soundtrack
Nick starring in Broadway’s The Last Five Years
A holiday movie (because why not?)

Basically, if you thought you’d finally get a break from Jonas Brothers content… you thought wrong.

Signing off, the brothers thanked their fans for sticking around (through Disney Channel bangs, purity rings, and solo careers) and promised even bigger things ahead. “Here’s to the next 20 years, and here’s to doing it together. The best is yet to come.”

So, get ready, Jonas stans. Your wallet, playlists, and nostalgia are about to be fully occupied for the foreseeable future.
